Everyone. From young children to seniors, from complete beginners to professionals preparing for auditions and recording sessions. No matter where you are on your singing journey, I can meet you there and help you progress.

Singing lessons can be arranged online, and in person (home visits).

What's my approach to teaching?

Music is for everyone, and this holistic approach guides everything I do. I also teach Speech-level singing techniques. You don’t need previous experience, just the desire to sing. Each of us has a unique voice and reasons for wanting to sing. Diversity is beautiful so that I can adapt to your pace regardless of your ability level or learning style. We learn best when we feel safe, supported, and appreciated for our unique gifts.

What styles of music do I teach?

I specialise in jazz singing, but I’m open to any style of music. Whatever music you love, I’m here for it.

Do I offer online lessons?

Yes, I do! It's been a joy to teach students from all over the world (and locally). Online lessons can be set up via Zoom, or Skype.

What are singing lessons like for kids?

Studies show that singing and developing musicality from an early age is good for your body and brain. Music activates both the left and right brain at the same time, maximizing learning and improving memory in everyday life. I hold a full Enhanced DBS (CRB) certificate, public liability insurance (PLI), and have a certificate in Child Protection Awareness from the Musicians Union.

How much do singing lessons cost?

It depends on the type of lesson. Hourly lessons are recommended for adults, especially beginners. Package bookings are ideal for those who wish to commit to their progress whilst saving money too.

Online singing lessons are £30 for 30 minutes and £50 for 1 hour. A 10% discount is available when booking a pre-paid package of 5 hours of lessons (£225 instead of £250), and a 15% discount is available for a package of 10 hours of lessons (£425 instead of £500).

In-person home visit lessons are £45 for 30 minutes and £65 for 1 hour. A 10% discount is available when booking a pre-paid package of 5-hour lessons (£292.50 instead of £325), and a 15% discount is available for a package of 10 hours of lessons (£552.5 instead of £650).

Please note that lesson packages are non-refundable and valid for up to a year from purchase.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, I do. I follow the industry standard 48-hour cancellation policy. You will receive a full refund if you cancel a lesson at least 48 hours in advance. However, if you provide less notice, miss the lesson, or arrive late, the total cost of the lesson will be charged. This policy also applies to lesson packages purchased.

How do I book a lesson?

Booking a lesson is easy with our flexible online system. You can select a date and time that works best for you, and you will automatically receive reminders in advance to ensure you don't miss your upcoming lessons.
